Corporate Asset Integrity and Maintenance department have a vacancy for the role of Maintenance Engineer. This is a full-time onshore role based in the Corporate Services office in Aberdeen, with ad-hoc visits to rigs and remote locations to fulfill role expectations.

The Maintenance Engineer has overall responsibility for administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) system and maintenance processes. The role is process oriented, providing subject matter expertise on how to optimize the CMMS and associated procedures to eliminate waste and improve consistency in the performance of maintenance activities across the fleet.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role will be a focal point for the Rig Maintenance Supervisor (RMS) offshore and onshore operational personnel, as well as providing technical support and guidance on maintenance practices. The position will liaise with technical subject matter experts (mechanical, electrical and electronic, well control) to define maintenance requirements. The role will also conduct periodic auditing to ensure compliance with the Borr Management System (BMS) requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Applicants should ideally have a degree in an analytical subject, or a vocational qualification in a technical area. A demonstrated interest in asset management through professional development, membership of a professional body (IAM, CMRP), and an interest in asset management (ISO 55000) and reliability and maintenance data management (ISO 14224) is preferred.
