Role Summary
The Crewing Coordinator’s main role is mobilizing offshore personnel to their assigned rigs in enough time for crew changes, ensuring that all necessary travel arrangements and documentation are in order as well as being responsible for overseeing learning and competency development.
Responsibilities
- Mobilising and demobilising expat/ Local personnel from worldwide locations
- Book and manage flights with the company travel provider (ATPI), ensuring the most cost-effective choice and routes are given
- Chopper Booking to Client’s JOC
- Verify invoices for manpower, offshore pass, transportation, hotel, visa and training
- Liaise directly with Crew Change hotels regarding the booking of accommodation for expatriate (crew) and budget of food and drink as per Borr Drilling’s policy
- Liaise with personnel and provide adequate crew change details and information
- Liaise with our agent and ensure travellers have the correct visas/work permits in place prior to mobilisation
- Arrange meet / greet and hotels with agents as per crew change details
- Arrange offshore passes
- Act as a liaison between assigned crew members and onshore management
- Ensure the HRIS (Workday) system is updated and personal data is accurately captured
- In Workday initiate new hires, transfers, terminations for Rig Manager and HR Manager approval and ensure the data is always accurate
- Provide weekly reports from Workday to HR Manager
- Ensure training certification is issued and processed as required by filing certificates and updating training information in the data system (SkillsVX)
- Enrol crews in Borr’s online training portal (Mintra) ensuring they complete the required courses, download the certificates and upload these certificates to SkillsVX
- Liaise with key offshore personnel to manage and maintain compliance targets in relation to training and competence
- Send weekly Training Compliance reports to the Rig Management (onshore & offshore) and HR Manager
- Schedule training courses, make arrangements for accommodation and transport
- Reconcile training payments and report on a monthly basis

Qualifications
- College degree and/or Competency-based qualification
- Previous experience as Crew Coordinator / Training Coordinator
- Proven operational experience in training and competency and knowledge of the drilling industry
