Role Summary
Responsible for the day to day provisions of document control, QHSE software support, tracking and administrative assistance to the Corporate QHSE Department.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly QHSE Reports and any other HSE reports as and when required
- Maintaining QHSE related documents filed and up to date ensuring high standards of quality are always maintained
- Provide all supporting QHSE documents that may be required for tenders and bids, including first draft of QHSE tender questionnaires
- Create and track actions in EHS as required
- Assist QHSE Team as required during internal and external QHSE Audits
- Maintaining records and contact lists for Emergency Response
- Assist QHSE Rovers with travel arrangements, visa etc, as needed
- Update and edit the QHSE page on Borr intranet
- Perform other duties, complete additional tasks and support ad hoc projects as required
Qualifications / Experience / Attitude & Behavior
- Relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry
- Document control experience
- NEBOSH qualifications (or equivalent)
- Auditing qualifications and experience advantageous
- Solid IT skills including MS Office (in particular Excel)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good organisation, planning, creativity and accuracy skills
- Ability to work in a team
